Lizard

The saw-scaled curly-tailed Lizard (Leiocephalus carinatus) is a lizard species from the family of curly-tailed lizards (Leiocephalidae). It is native to the Turks and Caicos Islands and prefers sunny areas with loose rubble and rock. It is very shy and retreat into a burrow or cavity when frightened.
